- Spray oil (about 10 squirts)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes to ensure it reaches the right temperature for cooking the steak bites evenly.
- Prepare the Steak: Place the chopped ribeye steak pieces into a mixing bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of neutral oil such as avocado oil to coat the meat, which helps in browning and adds moisture.
