  • 1 Honeycrisp Apple (large)
  • 4 Chicken Thighs (skin-on)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glaze: In a saucepan, combine apple cider, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, onion, rosemary, thyme, mustard, ginger, and nutmeg. Simmer until reduced by half.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Sear in a skillet, then add sliced apple and pour the glaze over the chicken. Bake until chicken is cooked through.
