Sauce and Seasonings:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon drippings in the pan.
- Saute Aromatics: Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Add Vegetables and Rice: Stir in frozen peas and carrots, then add cooked rice. Break up any clumps and mix well.
- Scramble Eggs: Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan and pour beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble until cooked through.
