- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

- ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the potatoes: In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
- Bake: Arrange the seasoned potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Finish: Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the hot potato wedges and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve hot with optional fresh parsley and dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can customize the seasoning to your preference by adding other herbs or spices.
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the potato wedges for a few minutes at the end.
