For the Salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the salmon: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake the salmon: Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and green onions.
- Serve: Once the salmon is cooked, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the fillets and serve hot.
Notes
- You can adjust the spiciness of the Bang Bang sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
