- 2 lbs beef chuck roast or beef stew meat (cut into 2-inch chunks)
- 2 onions diced
- 4 carrots julienned
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 cups Jasmine Rice rinsed

Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Cut the beef into chunks, dice the onions, julienne the carrots, and rinse the Jasmine rice.
- Sear the Beef: In a large pot, heat canola oil and brown the beef on all sides.
- Add Vegetables and Spices: Add onions, carrots, garlic, and spices to the pot, and cook until fragrant.
- Cook Rice: Stir in the rinsed rice, add water, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked through.
- Serve: Fluff the rice with a fork, mix in the beef and vegetables, and enjoy hot.
