Description

These Big Mac Tacos are a delicious fusion of classic Big Mac flavors and crispy taco shells. The tangy Big Mac sauce, juicy ground beef, and melted cheese come together in a fun and tasty twist on traditional tacos.

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp ketchup

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard

For serving

  • 1 iceberg lettuce leaf finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles

For the Big Mac Tacos

  • 200 g ground beef (10% fat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • Vegetable oil for cooking
  • 8 slices of American cheese / American cheddar

Instructions

  1. Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Prepare the toppings: Slice lettuce and chop pickles. Set aside.
