Description

Enjoy all the flavors of a classic Big Mac in a convenient wrap form! These Big Mac Wraps are filled with seasoned ground beef, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions, all wrapped in a high-protein tortilla.

Beef filling:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Special sauce:

  • 23 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp pickle juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of smoked paprika

For serving:

  • 4 large high-protein wraps
  • 1.5 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced or sliced dill pickles
  • 1/41/3 cup chopped onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook beef filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until browned.
  2. Make special sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  3. Assemble wraps: Spread special sauce on each wrap, top with beef filling, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions. Roll up and enjoy!
