Description
Enjoy all the flavors of a classic Big Mac in a convenient wrap form! These Big Mac Wraps are filled with seasoned ground beef, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions, all wrapped in a high-protein tortilla.

Beef filling:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Special sauce:
- 2–3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp pickle juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of smoked paprika
For serving:
- 4 large high-protein wraps
- 1.5 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced or sliced dill pickles
- 1/4 – 1/3 cup chopped onion (optional)
Instructions
- Cook beef filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Make special sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Assemble wraps: Spread special sauce on each wrap, top with beef filling, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions. Roll up and enjoy!
Notes
- You can customize the wrap with additional toppings like tomatoes, avocado, or bacon.
- For a lighter version, use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
