- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (113g)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar (50g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (160g)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Batter: Melt butter and chocolate chips, then mix in sugars, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, eggs, and flour.
- Make the Cookie Dough: Cream butter and sugars, add vanilla, egg, salt, leavening agents, flour, and chocolate chips.
