Bavette Steak
- 1 1/2 pound Bavette Steak
- 1 Tbsp Olive or Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Herb Blend Seasoning of Choice
Whiskey Garlic Cream Sauce
- 1/4 cup Whiskey
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2–3 cloves Whole Garlic, peeled
- 2 tsp Fresh Thyme, minced
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4–1/2 cup Beef Broth
- Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Season the Bavette steak with salt, pepper, and garlic herb blend. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet and sear the steak to desired doneness.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add whiskey, butter, garlic, thyme, mustard, cream, and beef broth. Simmer until thickened. Season with black pepper.
- Serve: Slice the steak, drizzle with the whiskey garlic cream sauce, and enjoy!

- Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less beef broth.
