- 1⁄4 cup hoisin sauce

- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, Chinese five-spice powder, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Cook the chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, basting with marinade halfway through.
- Broil the chicken: Switch oven to broil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until charred.
- Serve: Slice the chicken and serve hot with rice or veggies.
