- 1 large Italian bread loaf
- 450g thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup mixed sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 3 tablespoons garlic butter

Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Slice the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise. Cook the beef, bell peppers, and onions in a skillet until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
- Assemble the Dish: Spread garlic butter on the inside of the bread loaf. Layer the beef mixture and provolone cheese inside the loaf.
- Bake: Wrap the stuffed bread in foil and bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
