- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Make the filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and garlic. Divide the mixture evenly and stuff into the chicken pockets.
