Main Ingredients:
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 strips bacon
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (Rotini recommended)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing seasoning mix
Instructions
- Cook Bacon: In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook in the same skillet until no longer pink. Remove and chop.
- Make Sauce: In the skillet, melt butter, add flour and garlic. Stir, then slowly whisk in half and half. Add ranch seasoning and bring to a simmer.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese to the sauce. Stir until cheese melts.
- Serve: Garnish with more cheese and bacon. Enjoy!

- If the sauce is too thick, add more half and half until desired consistency is reached.
