Description

This Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta is a creamy and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, and cheesy pasta with a hint of ranch seasoning.

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 strips bacon
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (Rotini recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Cook Bacon: In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook in the same skillet until no longer pink. Remove and chop.
  3. Make Sauce: In the skillet, melt butter, add flour and garlic. Stir, then slowly whisk in half and half. Add ranch seasoning and bring to a simmer.
  4. Combine: Add cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese to the sauce. Stir until cheese melts.
  5. Serve: Garnish with more cheese and bacon. Enjoy!

  • If the sauce is too thick, add more half and half until desired consistency is reached.
