Tender chicken fillets are cooked in a rich and flavorful garlic-Parmesan cream sauce with a kick of red pepper flakes. This dish is perfect for a cozy dinner or special occasions.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillets – 4 pieces (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Parmesan cheese – 1 cup, grated
  • Red pepper flakes – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – for garnish, chopped
  • Fries – 1 bag (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. In a skillet, cook the fillets in olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  3. Combine: Return the chicken fillets to the skillet, coating them with the creamy sauce. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot with fries on the side.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • This dish pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
