- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Bundt Pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Alternate Dry Ingredients and Sour Cream: Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream, until well combined.
- Create Cinnamon Swirl Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Layer Batter and Swirl in Pan: Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon swirl mixture, then repeat layers.
- Bake and Cool: Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
