- 1/4 tsp each dried thyme, marjoram, sage, and rosemary
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Cook Wild Rice: Cook wild rice blend according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In a large pot, sauté onion, carrots, and celery in 3 Tbsp of butter until softened.
