Chicken:

- 8 oz rotini pasta
- Salt for pasta water
Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil water for pasta, add salt, and cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sear Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Add cooked pasta to the sauce.
- Serve: Slice chicken, place on top of pasta, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
