- 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided

- 1 pint grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pesto
Instructions
- Season and Cook Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
