For the chili butter:

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 to 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, adjust to preference

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, garlic, chives, salt, pepper, and cotija/feta cheese until well combined.
  2. Cook pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  3. Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine lettuce, corn, basil, cilantro, cheddar cheese, and avocado. Mix in the dressing until everything is well coated.
