Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry and evenly season them with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. This ensures a flavorful crust after cooking.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is cooked through and crispy on the outside.
  3. Slice the Chicken: Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 3-5 minutes. Then, slice it thinly to prepare for wrapping.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each whole wheat tortilla. Add an even layer of fresh spinach leaves, sliced chicken, and shredded mozzarella cheese on each tortilla. Roll the tortillas up tightly to form wraps.
