Main Ingredients:

    • 300g 5% fat beef mince
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 bell pepper, chopped
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 250g cooked rice

Sauce:

    • 20ml dark soy sauce
    • 15ml sriracha
    • 10g tomato puree
    • 20g honey

Optional Toppings:

  • sliced spring onion
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: Brown the beef mince in a pan until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In the same pan, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until tender.
  3. Make the Sauce: Combine soy sauce, sriracha, tomato puree, and honey in a bowl. Pour over the vegetables.
  4. Combine: Add the cooked beef back to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
  5. Serve: Serve the crispy chilli beef over cooked rice and top with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • You can adjust the level of spiciness by increasing or decreasing the amount of sriracha sauce.
