Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the potatoes: Cut the potatoes into small chunks and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Season: Add melted butter, chopped rosemary, smashed garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the potatoes. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Roast: Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet, add rosemary sprigs on top, and roast for about 45-50 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
