- 1 can (10.5 oz) beef consomme
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Additional Ingredients:
- 6 crusty sandwich rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Season and Sear the Chuck Roast: Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper. Sear on all sides in a hot skillet until browned.
- Combine Ingredients in Crockpot: Place the chuck roast in the crockpot. Add beef consomme, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, and onion powder.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Shred the meat and serve on crusty rolls with provolone cheese.
- Serve: Serve with a side of au jus for dipping.
Notes
