Description

These loaded dirty fries are the ultimate comfort food with crispy fries topped with melted cheese, fresh veggies, and a creamy sauce.

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

For the Sauce:

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the fries: Cut the potatoes into fries, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
