For the Sauce:
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the fries: Cut the potatoes into fries, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
- Top the fries: Sprinkle shredded cheeses over the fries, followed by diced veggies, jalapeño slices, chili flakes, and oregano.
- Bake: Return the fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Make the sauce: Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
