- 1 pound frozen meatballs
- 1 can (24 ounces) pasta sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (such as penne or rigatoni)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional:
- fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Layer frozen meatballs, pasta sauce, water, uncooked pasta, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in a casserole dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
Notes
