Main Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion (finely diced)

- ⅓ cup tomato paste
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken stock
- 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Saute Onions and Garlic: In a saucepan, heat olive oil and saute onions and garlic until fragrant.
