    • ½ medium onion, finely diced
    • 1 medium carrot, julienned or coarsely grated
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 3 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
    • 1 tsp ground ginger
    • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 tsp sesame oil
    • ½ tsp granulated sugar
  • Garnish (optional):

    • 1 Tbsp chopped green onion
    • ¼ tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and crumbled.
  2. Add Veggies: Stir in onion, carrot, garlic, cabbage, and ginger. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Season: Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  4. Serve: Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
