Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: In a large pot, combine chicken stock and sage. Peel and slice the garlic head.
  2. Cook Garlic: In a skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic slices and cook until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Make Aioli: In a bowl, whisk together mayo, egg yolk, mustard, and salt. Slowly drizzle in oil while whisking to create a thick emulsion.
