- 1 cup fresh peaches, peeled and diced

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk or cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Add Peaches: Gently fold in the diced peaches until evenly distributed in the batter.
- Fry the Fritters: Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Make the Glaze: In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk or cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Glaze the Fritters: Drizzle the glaze over the warm fritters before serving.
Notes
- You can sprinkle some powdered sugar or cinnamon on top of the fritters for extra sweetness.
