Garlic Butter Steak:

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Cheesy Linguine in Four-Cheese Sauce:
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Fontina cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Season the steak with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sear the steak to desired doneness.
- Cook the Linguine: Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Four-Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Fontina. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Combine: Toss cooked linguine in the four-cheese sauce until coated. Serve alongside the garlic butter steak. Garnish with parsley if desired.
