- 67g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 355ml cold espresso
- 3 tbsp coffee-flavored liqueur (optional, like Kahlua)
- 1 package ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
- Whip the cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Mix mascarpone mixture: In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine ingredients: Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
