These Halloween deviled eggs are a spooky twist on a classic appetizer. The creamy avocado filling is colored with green, red, and blue food coloring to create a ghostly appearance that’s perfect for any Halloween party.

- 12 whole eggs
- 2 whole avocados
- 3 tablespoons light mayo
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt

- 3 drops green food coloring
- 15 drops red food coloring
- 15 drops blue food coloring
Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Prepare avocado filling: Cut the avocados and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Add mayo, mustard, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Mash and mix until smooth.
- Color the filling: Divide the filling into three bowls. Add green food coloring to one, red to another, and blue to the third. Mix well.
- Fill the eggs: Peel the boiled eggs and slice in half. Remove the yolks and fill each half with the colored avocado mixture.
- Decorate: Use a toothpick to create swirls or patterns on the filling. Serve and enjoy!
