Main Ingredients:
- 24 oz salmon cut into 4 portions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cup spinach fresh & chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes cherry, sliced in half
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ cup parmesan cheese fresh grated
- 1 tsp salt pink himalayan
- ½ tsp black pepper ground
Sauce:
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
Optional:
- 1 serving pasta Barilla protein
Instructions
- Prepare Salmon: Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a skillet, cook salmon until browned on both sides. Set aside.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic. Add milk, cornstarch, butter, and olive oil. Stir until thickened.
- Combine Ingredients: Add spinach, tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese to the sauce. Cook until spinach wilts.
- Assemble: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix with the sauce. Place salmon on top.
- Serve: Garnish with additional parmesan and enjoy!

- You can substitute the salmon with another protein like chicken or shrimp.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat milk and less butter.
