Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Shape the Dough: Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Top with cheeses.
  3. Bake: Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve warm and enjoy!
