- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Heaping ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2½ cups whole rolled oats

- 3 tablespoons pepitas, or crushed peanuts or cashews
Instructions
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in rolled oats until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips and pepitas or nuts.
- Press into Pan: Press mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
- Chill and Cut: Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then cut into bars.
Notes
