SAUCE
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp water
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Season the salmon: Season the salmon filets with salt, pepper, paprika, and blackening seasoning.
- Make the sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter with olive oil, then add minced garlic, honey, water, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice.
- Cook the salmon: Sear the salmon filets in a pan, then pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon and cook until glazed.
