- 1 cup bread crumbs

Sauce:
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Additional:
- 1 ½ cups uncooked rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Make Meatballs: In a bowl, mix together ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, green onion, salt, and pepper. Form mixture into meatballs and place in the baking dish.
- Make Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, water, and sesame oil. Cook until thickened.
- Assemble: Pour sauce over meatballs. Add rice, chicken broth, and frozen vegetables to the dish.
- Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 1 hour or until rice is cooked and meatballs are done.
