- 1–2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Tenderize chicken in buttermilk, then coat with a mixture of flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Make the Biscuits: Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and butter. Add buttermilk, then shape and bake biscuits.
- Prepare the Hot Honey: Combine honey, red pepper flakes, vinegar, and salt in a saucepan, heat until flavors meld.
- Assemble: Sandwich fried chicken in biscuits, drizzle with hot honey sauce, and enjoy!

- For a quicker version, use store-bought biscuits instead of making them from scratch.
