These irresistible garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs are a delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers. Ground beef mixed with seasonings and cheddar cheese is wrapped in biscuit dough, baked until golden, and then brushed with a garlic parmesan butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Assemble the cheeseburger bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough piece, place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center, and seal the edges to form a ball.
  4. Bake: Arrange the bombs on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Make the garlic parmesan butter sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter, add minced garlic, cook for a minute, then remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  6. Finish: Brush the baked bombs with the garlic parmesan butter sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the filling with additional ingredients like diced onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms.
  • For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the beef mixture.
