Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground Beef/ Kebabs (80 lean / 20 fat)
- 1 pound Ground Lamb (or just use beef)
- ½ bunch Parsley
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- ½ Yellow Onion
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon 7 spices
- ½ tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1 tablespoon Sumac
- ½ tablespoon Aleppo Pepper
- ¼ tablespoon Black Pepper
- 2–3 teaspoons Salt Or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- Prepare the Ingredients: Finely chop parsley, garlic, and onion.
- Mix the Meat: In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground lamb, parsley, garlic, onion, and all the spices. Mix well.
- Shape the Kebabs: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs.
- Grill the Kebabs: Preheat the grill and cook the kebabs until they are juicy and cooked through.
- Serve: Serve the kebabs hot with pita bread and your favorite sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of Aleppo pepper.
- You can also cook these kebabs in a skillet or oven if a grill is not available.
