    • 1 3/4 cups almond flour
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Wet Ingredients:

    • 5 large eggs
    • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon olive oil, melted
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
