Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. Mix in flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth, then let it rise.
- Make the Topping: Combine ground meat, vegetables, tomato paste, herbs, and spices. Mix well.
- Assemble and Bake: Divide the dough into balls, roll out thinly, spread topping, and bake until golden and crispy.
