  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. Mix in flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth, then let it rise.
  2. Make the Topping: Combine ground meat, vegetables, tomato paste, herbs, and spices. Mix well.
  3. Assemble and Bake: Divide the dough into balls, roll out thinly, spread topping, and bake until golden and crispy.
