Lemon Brine

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon fine salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions
- Prepare Lemon Brine: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, water, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble Pizza: Roll out the pizza dough and brush with the lemon brine. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Bake in a preheated oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Finish: Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, parsley, and black pepper.

- If you prefer a more intense lemon flavor, you can increase the amount of lemon zest and juice in the brine.
