Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter, oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Combine everything: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in the shredded zucchini and 3/4 cup of chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top, and bake for about 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and enjoy: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
