- 8 g Salt (0.8 tbsp)
Topping:
- 20 g Melted unsalted butter (or olive oil)
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Mix flour, warm milk, warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt until a smooth dough forms.
- Let it rise: Cover the dough and let it rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
- Shape and cook: Divide the dough into 6 pieces, flatten them, and cook in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Add toppings: Brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Notes
- You can customize the toppings with herbs, cheese, or spices.
