  • 8 g Salt (0.8 tbsp)

Topping:

  • 20 g Melted unsalted butter (or olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: Mix flour, warm milk, warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Let it rise: Cover the dough and let it rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
  3. Shape and cook: Divide the dough into 6 pieces, flatten them, and cook in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Add toppings: Brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
