- 12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Cook the Beef & Garlic: Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it up until browned. Stir in minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Liquid & Pasta: Pour in the beef broth and milk. Stir well to combine. Add the pasta and Italian seasoning, ensuring the pasta is mostly submerged in the liquid. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is tender and has absorbed the flavors.
- Make it Creamy: Reduce the heat to low. Stir in grated parmesan cheese and butter until fully melted and the sauce is creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or broth to reach desired consistency.
