This One Pot Creamy Beef Pasta is a hearty and comforting dish that is easy to make in just one pot. The creamy sauce with seasoned beef and pasta will satisfy your cravings for a delicious meal.

Seasoning Mix
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
Pasta
- 1 medium White Onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves of Garlic, finely diced
- 500g / 1lb Minced/Ground Beef (12% works great)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree (Tomato Paste in US)
- 600ml / 2 1/2 cups Beef Stock, warm but not boiling hot
- 500g / 2 cups Tomato Passata
- 180ml / 3/4 cup Double/Heavy Cream, at room temp
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 300g / 10.5oz uncooked Conchiglie Pasta (see notes)
- finely diced Fresh Parsley, to serve (optional)
- Olive Oil, as needed
Instructions
- Season the beef: Mix the seasoning ingredients with the minced beef in a bowl.
- Cook the beef: In a pot, cook the seasoned beef with onion and garlic until browned.
- Add liquids: Stir in tomato puree, beef stock, tomato passata, cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook pasta: Add uncooked pasta to the pot and simmer until pasta is cooked and sauce is creamy.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use any short pasta shape if conchiglie is not available.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili flakes.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
