- 2 ripe but firm peaches (pitted, quartered, cut into thin slices, with each slice patted dry)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Peach Filling: In a small bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. Set aside.
- Assemble Tarts: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into small squares. Place peach slices on each square and fold the edges to form a rose shape.
