- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, yeast, salt, and 2 tbsp warm water. Let it rise for an hour. Add butter, egg yolk, and remaining water. Knead until smooth. Let it rise again.
